When we have THREE very recent and spot on comparables to justify the price we want, it's probably not going to be happily accepted when you make an offer, we accept it, then you go back on it by 2k.

I'm not a lawyer, but I do believe that once they have submitted a signed offer to purchase and you have accepted it, legally they are not allowed to back out unless there is a problem with one of the conditions on their offer (I assume there were conditions).
