Default Car problems, any help? Description inside.

First off the car is a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. Not under full warranty, only powertrain. Now these are the problems/concerns:

- There is a buzzing coming somewhere in the front.
- When accelerating the buzzing will get louder and louder.
- The faster I go the louder the buzzing gets
- It isn't the engine, but it around that area
- Noticed today that it drives itself, like cruise control is on, but it clearly isn't. I was thinking maybe the throttle is getting jammed? But the pedal is fine.

Any help?

The dealership wants $63 or something just to look at it for 1/2 an hour to diagnose. There are a few reasons I came here instead of bring it there, one I am cheap, and two they are thieves, crooks, and they lie straight to my face. I brought my car in twice to get my window fixed and it still isn't fixed properly (they didn't open the door up to actually fix it).
