For amusement, although not a great photo, snow on the equator, at Lava Tower camp at roughly 15,300 feet on Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania last October. A very crappy night at about minus 10 celcius with snow and fog. Europeans initially scoffed at reports of white-capped mountain on the equator. This is still about 4000 feet below the summit.
