They are both great sports. I started out with boxing, and got into the UFC during ufc 1 and have been hooked ever since. I do prefer the UFC by a wide margin these days. It's just a more complete sport.

That said, Arturo Gatti was a great fighter and as someone said above his fights with Mickey Ward were great. R.I.P.
