So the 10" means 10 seconds. So hold the button for 10 seconds (right panel) and it will open. You will find a gold bar there. And then if you look directly at the brief case and to the right on the floor you will find there's a plank that goes up and down. Put the gold bar there... but i have no idea wtf to do after.
