Over 3500. Trying to hit 4000, although it is pretty hard.
Of course the last week has been pretty bad. Some days, I barely got a 1000 per day.
Try to eat more meat, drink more protein shakes, and if that doesn't work, buy some meal replacement shakes that are low in carbs, but high in fat, calories and protein.
