I've been rethinking my whole approach to this nutrition guide. At first I didn't want to eat a lot of food, as my original goal was to drop pounds and just tone up a bit.

I changed my thinking about a week ago and started to eat a lot more. It seems my metabolism has really triggered and now I am eating more and losing more weight.

I do have to confess that I skipped the last week of workouts. I am starting Week 5 all over again tonight, when I should technically be on Week 6. Too many things going on every night, but looking forward to getting my ass totally handed to me tonight.

Azure, nice work on the DL. I've been reading lots about that as well, definitely something i will want to try in the future. Are you doing that at a Gym or at home?
