Also I mean this in all good intentions. If the host is transformed into the flesh of Jesus, is it a specific part? Doesn't religion frown on cannibalism? or is it because it's reserved for worship of god and Jesus, so eating your neighbour would be blasphemy

Its just a symbol. Catholics really don't believe that wine turns into the blood of Christ or the bread changes into his flesh.
