If you are wondering about the cost of the collision portion of your insurance, a lot of it is based on vehicle safety tests and what the results are from the various crash tests the vehicles are put through.

So when you have narrowed your search down to 3 or 4 vehicles, go on line and check out the reliablitily and safety ratings for the year and model of the vehicles.

And at that point, phone your insurance company, give them the year and models of vehicles you are interested in, they will give you quotes.
