I can understand why you feel like someone's wasted a few seconds of your day, but I can't understand being insulted by a low-ball offer. I might think "This guy's an idiot" and reply 'no thanks' or delete the email, but I wouldn't let it upset me. Plus, I'd have something interested to post on CP!
