When we were trying to sell our house in Calgary about 2 years ago some guy called me up and offered me about $80,000 less than I was asking and told me it was a cash deal and that it could close next week. I told him that it was the funniest thing I've heard all day and to stop wasting my time. He called back the next day and offered me $75,000 under asking.
The last time I was selling a car I had an email from someone asking that I donate it to a family who has a child with some degenerative bone disorder.
