The clock and things like that do run on 120v, the stove elements and all are 240.

Sounds like the voltage at the wires are OK, have you checked the fuses inside the stove?

Other than that, I suppose there could be a broken wire or otherwise loose connection or broken contact or something where the wires go into the stove.

Be careful when checking this, 220v (even 120v) is no joke.
