Could be a bad plug on the stove. Try flipping the breaker off then on. Thne try it again. Short of actually being there that is all the advice I got. Oh and you should be getting a higher voltage than 110 off a range plug. Should be 220v if my memory serves properly. Definitely try the breaker first step.
