...looking for some insight.

When I test each of the two (red and black) hot wires with respect to the neutral, they both read 110 volts...when I test them together it comes out as zero. Makes sense since some smaller items on the stove (the digital clock and the oven light) work, but the larger functions don't.

Anyone out there that can possibly offer some advice?
