Sizzling Wok owners were family friends. I used to visit Auntie Kim all the time (used to bring my girlfriends there too hehe). Yeah, they were very good.
Another place that's very good is called Bamboo Palace. I know the owner's son and daughter. It's a fantastic place. It's located right beside booster juice on Kensington. It's sort of like a Thai/Laos fusion. Try the Peneng Gai, you won't regret it.

Mimosa is a Malaysian restaurant? I'm pretty sure Regulator75 was talking about Tropica, which claims to have authentic malaysian cuisine, which it does not (not by a long shot).
