Basically the driver's side door on my fiancees car has crapped out, key wont go in and when it does, the lock wont turn.

Its a known issue on the car a (2003 Civic), and Honda released a service bulletin on it. Car is obviously out of warrentee, and now I need to get the lock tumblers replaced. I'm mechanically inclined and can take the cylinder out, but Im no locksmith. Anyone know where does this?

BTW All the locksmiths I've called don't do automotive work anymore and taking it to the dealership is going to cost an arm and a leg ("diagnosis fee").
