It's the criticism people have of the pit bull breed . . . . that it's a dangerous dog to have around because once it starts, it won't stop no matter what.
A picture like that only offers more evidence. Supporters of the breed say there's no such thing as a bad dog, only bad owners.
One of my Golden's rolled in a porcupine hide - no hint of where the body it once covered might have been - a few years ago and even that light exposure required pliers to get about 30 quills out of her head.
