In August I'm moving into a house with finished walk-out basement.
Basically the 1000 sf finished basement consists of one very large room and a 3 pc bathroom.
What I want to do is convert part of the large finished room into a bedroom complete with closets (clothes and linen) / living room.
I also want to tear out the tub in the bathroom and replace the tub area with a shower.
Future bedroom area....
Living room area.....
Tub to be removed and replaced with shower....
Anybody know any good renovators they would recommend?
