I have a hard time complaining about the homeless. They impact an extremely small percentage of my day and when it's all said and done I go to sleep with my wife and they go to sleep in a box.
As far as I'm concerned if I put my empties in my blue bin (and I do), then as soon as they hit my curb they are no longer mine. I've made the decision that the time, effort and storage of the cans and bottles just isn't worth the $$ I'd get back. If you'd like to come and sift through my recycling or garbage for cans, you obviously need the dime more than I. Obviously if a mess was left behind it would become a problem. I could understand frustration if that were the case.
