Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom condo in Sunalta. It's close to downtown, 15 min walk to C-Train, 10 min walk to 17th Avenue, 20 min walk to Kensington. Pretty much a short walk from anything you need. Technically I own the place, so I would be the landlord, but I'm not home too much and am pretty easygoing.

Asking price would be $600/month, includes everything (rent, utils, cable/internet, etc)

Must love hockey as it's on a lot during the seson (obviously...)
