Why not heat your pool with nuclear power? Get a good solar blanket.
We had a large inground pool growing up with a very fancy and expensive heater. My dad would only turn it on in the spring to get the temp up and then it would be off for the summer. It will also keep the pool from losing heat at night.
The pool would hover around 26 deg C.
