I was going to try booting up with my Vista disk like you said Vulcan but I figured I'd try turning my laptop on once more. What do you know, the Windows Startup Recovery or something came up and it asked if I wanted to use system restore. After a few attempts it finally loaded Windows and I was able to get back into my account. It says that system restore didn't work but everything seems to be back to a point before the weekends windows update. Anyways, thanks for your suggestion.
