Xbox Disc Tray Jammed
Yesterday, I was playing on my xbox and all of a sudden, the console turned off, and in the process, it was flashing two red light and ejected the disk tray before it powered off.
So I tried turning on the console to get the disk tray back in but it just wouldn't move. Now I have an xbox disc tray that won't open or close, and I tried manually ejecting it but that still won't get it to open and close on its own.
Customer service is useless and they're saying I have to send it in to get it repaired, and the warranty expired on it.
Is there anything else I can try before I send it in? The console itself works fine, its just the disc tray that won't open or close.
