Okay, I'll use what if's, since we don't know what happend, and can't say if that cop had an emergancy or not.
IF a cop pulls a u-turn because it's conveniant, and does so right in front of a driver that he just gave a ticket to for this infraction, then that is in poor form, imo.
Sure, we can say that "he's a cop, deal with it", but one of the goals of any police force is to gain the trust and approval of the citizens of the city they police in. It creates a better city when there is unity between the police and the majority of the citizens.
Yes, they can piss off anyone and not get in trouble for it, but if enough cops do this, then it starts to reflect in the general public.
