There's a lot of shallow posts in this thread.
There's no denying Jackson was a different Cat. His childhood alone excuses him for that. Unprecedented attention from the time he was 7 years old until today. I don't want to sound like an apologist, but I'm finding it hard to believe so many people are saying they're 'glad he's dead' or 'I wish it happened sooner'. The 'little boys' issue was clearly inexcusable, although I do think it was blown out of proportion after listening to the news tonight (Larry King spoke about it for quite a while).
Someone made a post that separated 'art' from 'artist'. I'll celebrate his musical genius, not his personal life.
