having at one time in my life worked in a penny lane venue for 3 years (don't judge, it was a restaurant that wasn't as seedy as cowboys) and having met many fellow penny laners, there is a group that i aptly titled 'penny lane whores', who were just that, whores for anything to do with penny lane. they think they're the creme de la creme because they work for penny lane and that it makes them seemingly more 'cultured' than the other 99% of the city because they can get discounts at penny lane venues that are 'cool' such as tantra and some of these restaurants. they were also aptly named such because of their inability to treat it simply as work, and the subsequent over-dedication to the company and the ensuing lifestyle...
every cowboys employee i've encountered is one of these people. so yes, that bio is dead serious and not built up for the show. it's where you work to get noticed for those types of things because there's a lot of networking opportunities within penny lane for that type of stuff...
