The issue with new hotels is that all the services may not be available.. Go on trip advisor and read what people are saying.

Cool, Yeah I went on there. It looks like people are rating it Good and Average, but everyone is saying good value. Except some old people. It sounds like they had a pretty disruptive storm for the first week, and the place is so new it's tough to find reviews. I think as Sept approaches they will get their legs under them.
