True pure
capitalism would not allow for unions. Employee can be terminated for any reason at any time, including complaing about wages or trying to organize a union. Its a friggin

The capitalism of which you speak would allow for the employee to find a new job if they don't like the one they are at.
Pure capitalism would allow for the business owner to help them on their way (by firing their ass).
