It's also great to have a colleague send me an email and my mail client (Mail) will extract his signature into a contact for me with the press of a button, and it will be sent to all my devices within a minute.
I'm not sure if you're using a mac or not. I've only ever used it with my macs at home and at work. I assume it works the same for PC's, but I admit I have no experience with it. I believe it does everything through outlook.

Great feedback. I have a mac laptop as the primary and an old pc downstairs. How do you have your work computer on it? Do you have to install something as my work would not allow that.
Now if only it could get my wife to put stuff in the computer and not write it on the wall calendar
Thanks again
