Hate to pile on Kate because I am sure she isn't nearly as pure evil as Dion would believe, but you could just see her parenting powermom thing took all the fun out of being married to her. Exactly, it always takes two to tango. Neither is the innocent party in this.
As for the money and how it's required to raise 8 kids... it's sort of a valid point, but they apparently make upwards of $75,000 per episode. Last season (season 4 I think) they had 41 episodes!! Plus all their speaking engagements, Kate's 3 ghost-written books that she promotes, all the freebies they get for product placement on the show, it goes on and on. I get that it takes money to raise 8 kids, but it's been done by families before without tens of millions of dollars. They could've gotten off the gravy train a long time ago to try and sort out the marriage and save the family.
Oh well. They made their choices and now they have to live with them. Still sad for all those kids though. Having your family turmoil play out on TV can't be fun for anybody, let alone when you're 5 and 7 years old and didn't really choose to be involved in any of this (i.e. they didn't sign up for this TV show, their parents did).
