I'm really fond of Gattica--it would definitely be on my top five.
It's always curious to see what movies scientists like. I remember reading an article about time-travel, where they asked all these quantum physicists (or whoever it was that researches time-travel) about what movies most realistically portray the logistics of cause-and-effect in time travel. The vast majority of those surveyed said that Back to the Future was probably the most accurate.
