Do you actually have a problem with them or is this the typical dentist response upon seeing wisdom teeth? Woah, wisdom teeth, they gotta go. I've had mine for around seventeen years and I've had to defend them from extraction with every dentist I've seen over that time. I've not had one single problem, yet they all (to a person) want to schedule an extraction. And they tell all sorts of horror stories to shock and awe you into getting it done. Anyway, I just tell them that if I ever experience a problem with them, I'll let them know. So far, so good.

Yup, still have three of mine, they have never bothered me. The fourth one was broken off for a long time, and still never bothered me. Finally got it pulled out anyway.
