Yeah, it's easier to make trades when you have good players than when you don't. But chances are you see a lot more offers and the wolves are out to rob you blind too so it takes a good deal of skill to sell off those assets and maintain a good team.
So far a good job of being active and finding a way to keep the Sharks competitive. Ryan left the Sharks in great shape, but he was a very active guy and his successor was going to need to be an active GM too to keep the train on the rails. So far it's staying on the rails!
