A building reinforced as a bomb shelter. Probably one of the most safe buildings to be in collapsed because of fire... You see how faulty your reasoning is...
Demolitions did it. Heard by officers on ground level at that building. But you probably don't think that matters as well. they are faulty in their reasoning.
