Heh heh... The obvious answer is that yeah, you're right. The truth is that real estate in Italy is re-donk-ulous. A friggin apartment in Rome is over 1 million euro. That, and their mamas cook so well that they refuse to leave until they've got a wife to cook like mama. Italians.
