Bumping an old thread because, wow; I just watched the entire DVD set over the last few months and I can honestly say it's the best TV series I have ever watched.
Now that's not saying to much as I have only ever watched The Sopranos, AD, and Dexter in their entirety but I thought Six Feet Under was better than those 3, (yes I know Dexter doesn't really count as the entire series, oh and AD is completely different, but you get the point
).
I'd recommend this show to absolutely anyone. I got to say, at times, Michael C Hall almost steals the show with his performance, but by the end you really do connect to the entire main family.
Oh and the ending is just perfect. Absolutely perfect.
