Good for you captain. I am a quiet, calm guy but when stuff like this happens and I get set off, I would and have done the same.
When I was young, I would have gotten my ass kicked had I acted that way. Kids now should expect the same. The selfish sense of entitlement some have won't go away unless you call people on it. Doesn't matter if they're 14 or 40.
People act real tough until you give them the crazy eyes. I've never even been in a fight in my life but I have been in plenty of altercations. Most end with everyone around pointing and laughing at the self entitled prick(s). Much more satisfying than hiding or telling a manager/daddy.
