When all of the sudden 7:00 AM is 'sleeping in' and 8:00 is 'holy fata' and 9:00 is unheard of ... you might think a little differently about the times quoted in city bylaws
Oh, and I'm home because, you know, I have a job and such. Kind of requires me to get sleep on a Sunday night, but I guess that kind of thing is for old people!
