Why does everything have to be regulated? Do we really need the city to step in and regulate absolutely every aspect of our lives? No, dont ban firepits, no dont initiate a licensing policy, let people do what they want, if the neighbors have a problem then we as people should be able to negotiate a mutually acceptable arrangement.

I've had trouble with one neighbor regarding my backyard firepit, we simply talked about it the next morning, I asked what his complaints were and we just agreed to terms that both of us could accept.

People should be able to resolve minor disputes amongst one another like adults rather than needing their 'Daddy' Bronco to set the house rules because they're too busy squabbling like children.
