H+T+A+W+R=P
Where,
H Hours of sunshine
T Mean Temperature during those hours, see H above
A Angle of the Sun
W Wind speed
R Rate of evaporation, considering the porousity of the field, and relative saturation level of same. Another formula altogether. Let's call it 1.
P Play
If P is less than 110 we do not play.
May need to factor in general happiness of city groundskeeper at Optimist, and whether the umpires had a good supper.
