My post was in response to several posts by others who protrayed the shooter as a monster. Did you call any of them out for their narrow-minded world view? My post was intended to present the shooter's world view which I in part simpathize with. Of course it was narrow; It represented one opinion.

ernie the doctor owned the abortion clinic. His business is credited with providing 60 thousand abortions over the years. I highly doubt all 60 thousand abortions were late term although he no doubt has other doctors on the pay-roll who might do the earlier ones. Also, He wasn't the only place a women could go to have a late term abortion. Many hospitals will perform late term abortions if the mother's life is truly in danger. Dr. Tiller's clinic was the place a women went when her own doctors couldn't be convinced that the danger to her life was real enough to warrant a late term abortion.

The lawsuits Dr. Tiller often faced were because of the State law governing late term abortions. The law requires two other Doctors to independantly come to the same conclusions as Tiller regarding the health risk to the Mother if she was to carried the baby to term. The law says these Doctors can't be paid to support the abortion doctor's conclusions. Pro life groups observed that Tiller used the same two doctors to support all his late term abortion applications. They never found evidence of direct payments to these doctors but both of them benefited from other business associations(outside of medicine) with Dr. Tiller. The unsuccessful lawsuits were trying to argue that these sweet business arrangements were in fact payment for the doctor's support of Tillers late term abortions.
