I just bought that exact machine; got it from amazon.com for $265 iirc.

picture and sound quality is terrific; upscaling of regular DVDs is good to great, depending on which disc i'm watching; seems my newer DVDs had better results when upscaled than my older movies; don't know if there is a technical reason for this.

it does not have wireless capability; if you want that, then wait for the BDP-560 which should be out this summer

edit. amazon is now selling it for $248; you can get an hdmi cable from them in a package for an extra $10 - the cable is a little more expensive than mono-price, but you will save on shipping
