I wouldn't recommend taking any VW/Audi to generic lube places. The cars use very specific fluids in some cases (ie. coolant, steering fluid) and non-OEM fluids can cause expensive repairs. Might be fine for just an oil change (although they will most likely overtorque your filter and drain plug, and not replace the drain gasket), but places like that will also often try to top up all your other fluids (with the wrong ones) even if you don't request it.
