In Japan, Dragon ball z is being re-aired in HD and being cut from 291 episodes to 100 and focuses on the manga-based material. I've seen a few episodes and its a massive improvement. The US dubs bad acting, bad cuts and censorship really stand out

The only anime I've liked in recent years is 'Hunter x Hunter', it's a head and shoulders above any other anime tv show I've seen. I liked it so much I checked out other shows like 'Full metal alchemist' and 'Naruto', but neither one held my attention. 'Spirited away' and 'Princess mononoke' are two of the best movies I've ever scene regardless of genre.
