We've had a '01 Audi Allroad, '03 A4 wagon, and '06 BMW 535 wagon.
No reliability issues with any of those cars.
These were all my wife's cars, and I was kind of pissed that my wife bought the bmw while I was out of town

Have to say though, I much prefer the steering and handling of the bmw. Also think that every design of the detail in the bmw is better than any other car I've owned. Wasn't crazy about the bmw's interior at first, but it has grown on me quite a bit. The leather has aged really well, and am a big fan of the idrive despite the mixed reviews.
Nothing wrong with the audi's though, although I wasn't crazy about the turbo engines each of them had.
