^^I would agree with the slightly below average. Most people I talked to spoke like it was the worst crap to come out in years, but it wasn't terrible. Not good, but not terrible.
I was actually quite disappointed in Christian Bale. I didn't really think he was too good in this one, seemed to rely quite a bit on just yelling a lot. It was the actors around him that were carried the movie.
