Well the wife and I just finished the Day 1 work out, 50 minutes of Chest and Back, followed by 15 minutes of Ab Ripper X.

As expected, we got the crap kicked out of us. I could only do a few real pull ups, but got good results using a stool to assist.

Diamond pushups? Fata me! Those things were probably the hardest.

Doing the Ab Ripper right after too was hard as were totally wiped from the first one. Definitly need to work on those excercises but with time they will come.

Lots of breaks, lots of water and lots of burn.

Feeling pretty damn good right now though. I got my recovery drink in hand (protein powder, chocolate milk and strawberries blended together, lovely).

Only 89 more days to go, Bring It!
