Take a look at those quick and easy sauces for international foods - particularly Asian/South-East Asian. Monogolian Beef has 50!!!! percent of your daily sodium intake. 50! I was blown away. Kung Pao Chicken is close to that, too. They're the kind you get in the pouch. You make the vegetables, beef, etc, but cook it with the sauce. Ridiculous. Almost had a heart attack right there.
