Ha ha yeah, that one's more common. My favourite is at St. Mary's and I think Bishop Grandin where sometimes you have a green arrow up, left and right at the same time.
Speaking of traffic signals, I'm sure that Toronto drivers have gotten in accidents in Vancouver before. In Toronto, flashing green means you can turn left. In Vancouver, it means that there is only stop signs on the crossing roadway.
