My first thought about the dots was some techno-computer-generated-special-effect-thingy... like shots of him flying but they needed reference points on his body to make sure everything lined up?
(on a side note that is COMPLETELY unrelated to the topic: now that I'm off work and have 2 months before the baby is born, I took a trip to the library to get some reading material and picked up Twilight. Depending on how good the book is, I may see the movie. But first I'm reading The Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk...MESSED UP so far. The first chapter tells about this 13 year old that sits on the water intake suction for the anal stimulation and masturbates at the same time... he loses his large intestine... so gross. Sorry TMI
